1. Who you're dealing with
Balthia is operated by Linden Trade Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company(the "Company"). When this document says "we," "us," or "Balthia," it means the Company. When it says "you," it means the person or business using the Site or the Service.
2. The site today
At present, balthia.com is a marketing site with a contact form. The Service (the dashboard and the operator-led work described on the site) is not yet generally available. Joining our waitlist does not create a customer relationship. When the Service launches, separate Service Terms will apply at the point of subscription.
3. Acceptable use of this site
You agree not to: scrape the site at scale, attempt to break or probe its security, submit fraudulent contact-form entries, or use the site to harass, defame, or impersonate anyone.
4. Content & intellectual property
All copy, images, and code on this site are © 2026 Linden Trade Holdingsunless explicitly noted. You can quote and link to us freely. You can't republish substantial portions or use the Balthia name and mark in a way that implies endorsement.
5. Disclaimers
This site is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We don't guarantee any particular ranking, traffic, or business outcome from any forthcoming Service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site, even if we've been told such damages are possible.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that can't be resolved by friendly conversation goes to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update this page from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage for at least 7 days.
