These terms apply to your use of balthia.com and the audit we provide. If you request an engagement with us beyond the audit, that's covered by a separate contract.
The audit
The audit is free. We send a one-page report based on what is publicly visible about your shop on Google and the directories your category cares about. It reflects our honest read at the time we look. We don't guarantee specific rank outcomes — anyone who does isn't being honest.
The engagement
If we move forward together, the work is governed by a separate engagement contract. These terms cover the audit and your use of this site only.
Your part
By using this site, you agree to use it as intended. Don't try to harm it, don't scrape its content for any other audit-business, and don't impersonate someone else when submitting the form.
Our part
The content on this site — including the audits we send you — belongs to Balthia. You can use the audit for your shop. You can't republish it or sell it.
What we don't promise
We make our best attempt to be useful and accurate. We don't promise that the audit will solve every problem, that your rank will move in a specific way, or that we'll always be available to respond.
Limitations
To the extent allowed by law, Balthia isn't liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of this site or the audit.
