This is Balthia's privacy policy. It explains what we collect, what we do with it, and what we don't do.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect what you give us: your name, your shop's website or Google listing URL, your reply-to email, and the sentence describing what's going on. We use it to respond to your audit request.
For analytics, we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which are first-party and privacy-respecting: they tell us which pages get visited and how fast they load, without tracking you across other sites and without building advertising profiles. We don't run third-party advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share what we collect.
How we use it
We use the information you submit to respond to you, to run the audit, and to scope an engagement if it leads to one. If you don't end up working with us, we keep the request for our records but don't use it for any other purpose.
What we don't do
We don't sell information to third parties. We don't share information with anyone outside Balthia. We don't add you to marketing lists or send unsolicited emails.
